In June 2017 Sothebys in London held the auction to be immediately followed by the Impressionist & Modern Art Evening Sale, which included the work Collana Con Pendente Cannone by Pino Pascali. The result of GBP 50,000.00 (€ 56,940.67) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 50,000.00 – 70,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Pino Pascali achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Coda di delfino (Tail of a Dolphin) in October 2016 with an auction result of GBP 2,629,000.00 (€ 2,928,785.62).

Im Juni 2017 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion to be immediately followed by the Impressionist & Modern Art Evening Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit Collana Con Pendente Cannone von Pino Pascali zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von GBP 50.000,00 (€ 56.940,67) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 50.000,00 – 70.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Pino Pascali erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Coda di delfino (Tail of a Dolphin) im Oktober 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 2.629.000,00 (€ 2.928.785,62).
