In May last year Bukowski in Stockholm held the auction Modern Art + Design, which included this untitled work by Pierre Olofsson. The »bidding war« ended at SEK 38,000.00 (€ 3,626.13), 52% above the upper estimate. Admittedly, works by Pierre Olofsson have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work "Flick-Flack" in October 2009 with an auction result of SEK 320,000.00 (€ 30,752.97).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 52 % übertroffen
Im Mai letzten Jahres führte Bukowski in Stockholm die Auktion Modern Art + Design durch, in der auch diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Pierre Olofsson zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von SEK 38.000,00 (€ 3.626,13) und damit 52% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Pierre Olofsson auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit "Flick-Flack" im Oktober 2009 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 320.000,00 (€ 30.752,97).
