In the Collections auction, the work Portrait De Femme En Buste sold for EUR 11,340.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 5,000.00. Admittedly, works by Pierre Gobert have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Portrait Of A Young Boy In A Hunting Jacket Holding A Musket in January 2008 with an auction result of USD 73,000.00 (€ 49,188.06).

Dieses Kunstwerk von Pierre Gobert erzielte im Oktober letzten Jahres bei Christies in Paris einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Collections wurde die Arbeit Portrait De Femme En Buste für EUR 11.340,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 5.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Pierre Gobert auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Portrait Of A Young Boy In A Hunting Jacket Holding A Musket im Januar 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 73.000,00 (€ 49.188,06).
