Auction result well in line with expectations

The price achieved of EUR 991.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 800.00 – 1,200.00. Admittedly, works by Pierre Bernard have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Portrait Of A Lady in June 2011 with an auction result of USD 6,250.00 (€ 4,303.52).
