A top price for Pia Camil - as previously expected
In November 2017 Christies in New York held the auction Latin American Art, which included the work Prueba Fragmento 6 II by Pia Camil. The result of USD 10,000.00 (€ 8,404.77) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of USD 10,000.00 – 15,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Prueba Fragmento 6 II is the most expensive artwork by Pia Camil that we have observed at auctions so far.
Ein Spitzenpreis mit Ansage
Im November 2017 führte Christies in New York die Auktion Latin American Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Prueba Fragmento 6 II von Pia Camil zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von USD 10.000,00 (€ 8.404,77) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 10.000,00 – 15.000,00. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist Prueba Fragmento 6 II das teuerste Kunstwerk von Pia Camil, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
