This artwork by Phoebe Rudomino achieved an unexpectedly high price at Bukowski in Stockholm in May 2017. In the Contemporary auction, the work "The Girl in a Room", 2006 sold for SEK 85,000.00 (€ 8,714.85) - well above the upper estimate of SEK 40,000.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Phoebe Rudomino; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot "The Girl in a Room", 2006 sold at auction in June 2020 with the realized price of SEK 130,000.00 (€ 12,431.66).

Dieses Kunstwerk von Phoebe Rudomino erzielte im Mai 2017 bei Bukowski in Stockholm einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Contemporary wurde die Arbeit "The Girl in a Room", 2006 für SEK 85.000,00 (€ 8.714,85) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von SEK 40.000,00. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Phoebe Rudomino; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit "The Girl in a Room", 2006 im Juni 2020 mit dem Hammerpreis von SEK 130.000,00 (€ 12.431,66).
