The result of USD 20,000.00 (€ 17,807.85) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of USD 20,000.00 – 30,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Philips Wouwerman achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The departure of a hunting party in July 2010 with an auction result of GBP 1,217,250.00 (€ 1,463,605.98).

Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von USD 20.000,00 (€ 17.807,85) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 20.000,00 – 30.000,00.
