In November 2015 Christies in Amsterdam held the auction Old Masters & 19th CenturyArt - (including Dutch Impressionism), which included the work Watching The Sunset In The Dunes by Philip Sadée. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 10,625.00 33% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Philip Sadée achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The arrival of the fleet: fisher-folk on the beach in October 2007 with an auction result of EUR 180,250.00.

Im November 2015 führte Christies in Amsterdam die Auktion Old Masters & 19th CenturyArt - (including Dutch Impressionism) durch, in der auch die Arbeit Watching The Sunset In The Dunes von Philip Sadée zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 10.625,00 und damit 33% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Philip Sadée erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit The arrival of the fleet: fisher-folk on the beach im Oktober 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 180.250,00.
