Sold at the lower estimate price
In November 2019 Bukowski in Stockholm held the auction Modern Art + Design, which included the work "Paradis" by Pär Gunnar Thelander. The result of SEK 100,000.00 (€ 9,474.54) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of SEK 100,000.00 – 125,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Pär Gunnar Thelander - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work "Herr Dubuffet med familj", which sold at auction in May 2018 for SEK 360,000.00 (€ 34,951.16).
Zuschlag beim unteren Schätzpreis
Im November 2019 führte Bukowski in Stockholm die Auktion Modern Art + Design durch, in der auch die Arbeit "Paradis" von Pär Gunnar Thelander zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von SEK 100.000,00 (€ 9.474,54) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 100.000,00 – 125.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Pär Gunnar Thelander mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit "Herr Dubuffet med familj" beobachtet, die im Mai 2018 für SEK 360.000,00 (€ 34.951,16) versteigert wurde.
