Despite a disappointment, a good price for Pär Gunnar Thelander
When the work "Herr Dubuffet med familj" by Pär Gunnar Thelander was auctioned at Bukowski in Stockholm in May 2018, the result was somewhat disappointing. The auction house had previously given the estimated price as a range of SEK 400,000.00 – 600,000.00, of which not even the lower limit was reached - in fact, the artwork changed hands for SEK 360,000.00 (€ 34,951.16). Despite this disappointing result, "Herr Dubuffet med familj" is the most expensive artwork by Pär Gunnar Thelander that we have observed at auction so far.

Als die Arbeit "Herr Dubuffet med familj" von Pär Gunnar Thelander im Mai 2018 bei Bukowski in Stockholm versteigert wurde, fiel das Ergebnis ein wenig enttäuschend aus. Das Auktionshaus hatte den Schätzpreis zuvor mit einer Spanne von SEK 400.000,00 – 600.000,00 angegeben, von der nicht einmal die Untergrenze erreicht wurde - tatsächlich wechselte das Kunstwerk für SEK 360.000,00 (€ 34.951,16) den Besitzer. Trotz dieses enttäuschenden Ergebnisses ist "Herr Dubuffet med familj" das teuerste Kunstwerk von Pär Gunnar Thelander, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
