Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Study for 'The autumn gold' by Petr Ivanovich Petrovichev was sold in the The Russian Sale auction at Bonhams in London in December 2021. The price achieved of GBP 4,845.00 (€ 5,779.07) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. Admittedly, works by Petr Ivanovich Petrovichev have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Waiting For The Ferry in June 2014 with an auction result of GBP 31,250.00 (€ 39,045.38).
