Admittedly, works by Peter Voulkos have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Untitled vase in October 2018 with an auction result of GBP 40,000.00 (€ 45,107.66).

Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von USD 8.287,50 (€ 8.471,33) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 38%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Peter Voulkos auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Untitled vase im Oktober 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 40.000,00 (€ 45.107,66).
