Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Peter Struycken achieved an unexpectedly high price at Sothebys in Amsterdam in March 2010. In the THE BAT ARTVENTURE COLLECTION formerly known as THE PETER STUYVESANT COLLECTION auction, the work Dutch Structuur X sold for EUR 16,250.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 6,000.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Peter Struycken; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Structuur Ii (Structure Ii) sold at auction in May 2019 with the realized price of EUR 31,250.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Peter Struycken erzielte im März 2010 bei Sothebys in Amsterdam einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion THE BAT ARTVENTURE COLLECTION formerly known as THE PETER STUYVESANT COLLECTION wurde die Arbeit Dutch Structuur X für EUR 16.250,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 6.000,00. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Peter Struycken; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Structuur Ii (Structure Ii) im Mai 2019 mit dem Hammerpreis von EUR 31.250,00.
