Auction result misses estimated price range
In January 2024 a collector was able to acquire the work “Parti i Kirken Santa Maria ai Frari i Venedig” by Peter Kornbeck for DKK 5,000.00 (€ 4,369.87). This price was achieved in the auction Paintings, furniture and varia at Bruun Rasmussen and was even below the estimate range of DKK 8,000.00 – 10,000.00 set by the auction house. Other works by Peter Kornbeck have also sold for higher prices; the highest price we have seen at auction so far was achieved in October this year by the work “Parti af Tempeløen Philæ i Nubien” at DKK 42,000.00 (€ 5,627.55).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Januar 2024 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit “Parti i Kirken Santa Maria ai Frari i Venedig” von Peter Kornbeck für DKK 5.000,00 (€ 4.369,87) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Paintings, furniture and varia bei Bruun Rasmussen erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von DKK 8.000,00 – 10.000,00. Andere Arbeiten von Peter Kornbeck wurden auch schon teurer gehandelt; den höchsten Preis, den wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachten konnten, erzielte im Oktober diesen Jahres die Arbeit “Parti af Tempeløen Philæ i Nubien” mit DKK 42.000,00 (€ 5.627,55).
