The work Princess Natalia Vladimirovna Saltykova (1737-1812), in white dotted Swiss muslin dress with fine white lace stand collar, russet Cashmere shawl, lace-frilled bonnet secured with ribbons, brown curling hair by Peter Ernst Rockstuhl was auctioned at Christies in London in December 2008. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of GBP 2,000.00 – 3,000.00, the actual price achieved of GBP 2,250.00 (€ 2,363.15) could thus just exceed the lower estimate.
