Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Nudo by Pericle Fazzini was sold in the ARTE MODERNA E CONTEMPORANEA auction at Christies in Milan in November 2000. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of ITL 700,000.00 – 1,000,000.00, the actual price achieved of ITL 763,750.00 (€ 702.78) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Pericle Fazzini achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Homme assise in September 2002 with an auction result of USD 10,157.50 (€ 10,281.91).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Nudo von Pericle Fazzini wurde im November 2000 in der Auktion ARTE MODERNA E CONTEMPORANEA bei Christies in Mailand versteigert. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von ITL 700.000,00 – 1.000.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von ITL 763.750,00 (€ 702,78) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Pericle Fazzini erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Homme assise im September 2002 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 10.157,50 (€ 10.281,91).
