This work of art by Percy Jowett could be acquired at Christies in London in July 2005 for an unexpectedly low price. In the The Sunday Picture Sale - British and Continental oils, auction, the work The stained glass window changed hands for GBP 120.00 (€ 174.06) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 200.00 – 300.00. Other works by Percy Jowett have also sold for higher prices; the highest price we have seen at auction so far was achieved in September 2005 by the work St. Mary's in the Boltons, South Kensington at GBP 120.00 (€ 176.11).
