Auction result well in line with expectations
The work "Il Fiume Po" by Pepi Merisio was sold in the Lilla Bukowskis S190 auction at Bukowski in Stockholm in December 2009. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of SEK 1,000.00 – 1,500.00, the actual price achieved of SEK 1,100.00 (€ 107.22) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Pepi Merisio achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work 'Fienagione A Cogne, Aosta', 1959 in May 2017 with an auction result of GBP 2,500.00 (€ 2,871.35).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit "Il Fiume Po" von Pepi Merisio wurde im Dezember 2009 in der Auktion Lilla Bukowskis S190 bei Bukowski in Stockholm versteigert. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von SEK 1.000,00 – 1.500,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von SEK 1.100,00 (€ 107,22) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Pepi Merisio erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit 'Fienagione A Cogne, Aosta', 1959 im Mai 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 2.500,00 (€ 2.871,35).
