Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Plum Blossom by Peng Yulin was sold in the Fine Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy II auction at POLY in April 2019. The »bidding war« ended at HKD 59,000.00 (€ 6,715.92), 18% above the upper estimate. Admittedly, works by Peng Yulin have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Plum Blossoms in May 2016 with an auction result of HKD 300,000.00 (€ 34,674.45).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Plum Blossom von Peng Yulin wurde im April 2019 in der Auktion Fine Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy II bei POLY versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von HKD 59.000,00 (€ 6.715,92) und damit 18% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Peng Yulin auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Plum Blossoms im Mai 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 300.000,00 (€ 34.674,45).
