Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Pavilions in the Mountains by Peng Chunshi was auctioned at Christies in Hong Kong in November 2012. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 50,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 52,500.00 (€ 5,205.61). Admittedly, works by Peng Chunshi have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Fourteen Pine Trees in March 2019 with an auction result of HKD 330,400.00 (€ 37,489.28).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Pavilions in the Mountains von Peng Chunshi kam im November 2012 bei Christies in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 50.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 52.500,00 (€ 5.205,61) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Peng Chunshi auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Fourteen Pine Trees im März 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 330.400,00 (€ 37.489,28).
