A top price for Pedro Ruiz - as previously expected
The work Odontoglossum Harryanum by Pedro Ruiz was auctioned at Christies in New York in May 2016. The result of USD 30,000.00 (€ 26,942.07) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of USD 30,000.00 – 40,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Odontoglossum Harryanum is the most expensive artwork by Pedro Ruiz that we have observed at auctions so far.
