In May 2017 Sothebys in New York held the auction Latin America: Contemporary Art Evening Sale, which included the work Untitled (Formas En Apoyo) by Pedro de Oraá. The auction ended at the price of USD 40,000.00 (€ 35,599.86), which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of USD 30,000.00 – 40,000.00. Other works by Pedro de Oraá have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in November 2019 the work Concreta 6 was auctioned for USD 46,250.00 (€ 41,972.96).
