This work without title by Pedro de Oraá was sold in the Latin American Art Online auction at Christies in New York in November 2018. The auction ended at the price of USD 3,000.00 (€ 2,649.47), which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of USD 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Pedro de Oraá achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Concreta 6 in November 2019 with an auction result of USD 46,250.00 (€ 41,972.96).
Zuschlag beim oberen Schätzpreis
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Pedro de Oraá wurde im November 2018 in der Auktion Latin American Art Online bei Christies in New York versteigert. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von USD 3.000,00 (€ 2.649,47) entsprach exakt dem oberen Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 2.000,00 – 3.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Pedro de Oraá erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Concreta 6 im November 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 46.250,00 (€ 41.972,96).
