A top price for Pavel Makov - as previously expected
The work Our Tablecloth by Pavel Makov was auctioned at Sothebys in London in June 2009. The result of GBP 10,000.00 (€ 11,734.66) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 10,000.00 – 15,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Our Tablecloth is the most expensive artwork by Pavel Makov that we have observed at auctions so far.

Die Arbeit Our Tablecloth von Pavel Makov kam im Juni 2009 bei Sothebys in London zur Auktion. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von GBP 10.000,00 (€ 11.734,66) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 10.000,00 – 15.000,00. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist Our Tablecloth das teuerste Kunstwerk von Pavel Makov, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
