Auction result well in line with expectations

The price achieved of GBP 2,550.00 (€ 2,993.94) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. Admittedly, works by Pauline Bewick have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work The Ireland Fund Ball in October 2006 with an auction result of GBP 12,000.00 (€ 17,929.07).
