A top price for Paul Wescott - as previously expected
The work Searsport tug by Paul Wescott was auctioned at Christies in New York in February 2011. The price achieved of USD 3,000.00 (€ 2,175.02) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 2,500.00 – 3,500.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Searsport tug is the most expensive artwork by Paul Wescott that we have observed at auctions so far.

Die Arbeit Searsport tug von Paul Wescott kam im Februar 2011 bei Christies in New York zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 3.000,00 (€ 2.175,02) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 2.500,00 – 3.500,00 angegeben worden.
