Auction result misses estimated price range
In August 2006 a collector was able to acquire the work The perfect siesta by Paul Musin for GBP 216.00 (€ 321.21). This price was achieved in the auction British, Continental and Russian Pictures at Christies in London and was even below the estimate range of GBP 300.00 – 500.00 set by the auction house. Admittedly, works by Paul Musin have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Portrait of A Young Girl, Bust-Length, Wearing A White Dress in March 2006 with an auction result of GBP 1,560.00 (€ 2,235.20).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im August 2006 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit The perfect siesta von Paul Musin für GBP 216,00 (€ 321,21) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion British, Continental and Russian Pictures bei Christies in London erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 300,00 – 500,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Paul Musin auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Portrait of A Young Girl, Bust-Length, Wearing A White Dress im März 2006 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 1.560,00 (€ 2.235,20).
