Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Still Life with Guitar by Paul Maze was auctioned at Bonhams in New York in May 2020. The price achieved of USD 1,275.00 (€ 1,148.86) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 1,000.00 – 1,500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Paul Maze achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Changement De La Garde Au Palais, Londres in November 2006 with an auction result of GBP 20,400.00 (€ 30,294.64).

Die Arbeit Still Life with Guitar von Paul Maze kam im Mai 2020 bei Bonhams in New York zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 1.275,00 (€ 1.148,86) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 1.000,00 – 1.500,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Paul Maze erzielen.
