It achieved a price of USD 3,000.00 (€ 2,695.42), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 50%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Paul Maze achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Changement De La Garde Au Palais, Londres in November 2006 with an auction result of GBP 20,400.00 (€ 30,294.64).

Die Arbeit Place Vendôme von Paul Maze wurde im Juli 2019 in der Auktion Impressionist and Modern Art Online bei Sothebys in New York versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von USD 3.000,00 (€ 2.695,42) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 50%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Paul Maze erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Changement De La Garde Au Palais, Londres im November 2006 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 20.400,00 (€ 30.294,64).
