Auction result well in line with expectations
The work One large horizontal print and one large vertical print by Paul Jacoulet was auctioned at Bonhams in New York in March last year. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of USD 1,000.00 – 1,500.00, the actual price achieved of USD 1,083.75 (€ 976.97) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Paul Jacoulet achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Showa Era (1926-1989), Circa 1934 in March 2019 with an auction result of USD 31,325.00 (€ 27,899.00).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit One large horizontal print and one large vertical print von Paul Jacoulet kam im März letzten Jahres bei Bonhams in New York zur Auktion. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von USD 1.000,00 – 1.500,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von USD 1.083,75 (€ 976,97) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Paul Jacoulet erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Showa Era (1926-1989), Circa 1934 im März 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 31.325,00 (€ 27.899,00).
