Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Four Oversized Woodblock Prints by Paul Jacoulet was sold in the Fine Japanese and Korean Art auction at Bonhams in London in September this year. Here, the upper estimate of USD 1,500.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 1,664.00 (€ 1,572.18). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Paul Jacoulet achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Showa Era (1926-1989), Circa 1934 in March 2019 with an auction result of USD 31,325.00 (€ 27,899.00).
