Auction result well in line with expectations

It changed hands for a price of EUR 3,900.00 achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of EUR 3,000.00 – 4,000.00. Admittedly, works by Paul Insect have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Unicorn in December 2007 with an auction result of GBP 24,500.00 (€ 33,291.34).

Die Arbeit Clockwork Britain Neon Special Orange - 2012 von Paul Insect kam im Februar 2015 bei Artcurial zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von EUR 3.900,00 den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 3.000,00 – 4.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Paul Insect auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Unicorn im Dezember 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 24.500,00 (€ 33.291,34).
