In December 2013 a collector was able to acquire the work An Extensive View Of The River Seine With The Aqueduct Of Marly, Also Called The Aqueduct Of Louveciennes by Paul Huet for GBP 1,875.00 (€ 2,255.33). This price was achieved in the auction Old Master & British Drawings & Watercolours at Christies in London and was even below the estimate range of GBP 2,000.00 – 3,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Paul Huet achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Marais Salants Aux Environs De Saint-Valèry En Somme, Picardie in October 2020 with an auction result of USD 81,900.00 (€ 70,318.54).
