This work of art by Paul Manship could be acquired at Sothebys in New York in October 2021 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Two Centuries: American Art auction, the work Untitled (Study for Aviation Memorial) changed hands for USD 12,600.00 (€ 10,907.20) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of USD 15,000.00 – 25,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Paul Manship achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Indian Hunter And His Dog in December 2013 with an auction result of USD 1,565,000.00 (€ 1,135,786.34).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Paul Manship konnte im Oktober 2021 bei Sothebys in New York für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden.
