In the American Art auction, the work Evening And Night: A Pair Of Sculptures sold for USD 348,500.00 (€ 329,457.36) - well above the upper estimate of USD 150,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Paul Manship - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Indian Hunter And His Dog, which sold at auction in December 2013 for USD 1,565,000.00 (€ 1,135,786.34).
