Auction result fails to reach estimate
In April this year a collector was able to acquire this work without title by Paul Gadegaard for DKK 1,500.00 (€ 201.22). This price was achieved in the auction Modern art and design at Bruun Rasmussen and was even lower than the DKK 3,000.00 estimate set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Paul Gadegaard achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Untitled, 1955 in August this year with an auction result of DKK 34,000.00 (€ 4,560.94).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt den Schätzpreis
Im April diesen Jahres konnte ein Sammler diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Paul Gadegaard für DKK 1.500,00 (€ 201,22) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Modern art and design bei Bruun Rasmussen erzielt und lag noch unterhalb des vom Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreises von DKK 3.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Paul Gadegaard erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Untitled, 1955 im August diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von DKK 34.000,00 (€ 4.560,94).
