Auction result misses estimated price range
In August this year a collector was able to acquire the work Untitled, 1954 by Paul Gadegaard for DKK 15,000.00 (€ 2,012.18). This price was achieved in the auction Modern art and design at Bruun Rasmussen and was even below the estimate range of DKK 20,000.00 – 25,000.00 set by the auction house. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Paul Gadegaard - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Untitled, 1955, which sold at auction in August this year for DKK 34,000.00 (€ 4,560.94).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im August diesen Jahres konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Untitled, 1954 von Paul Gadegaard für DKK 15.000,00 (€ 2.012,18) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Modern art and design bei Bruun Rasmussen erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von DKK 20.000,00 – 25.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Paul Gadegaard mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Untitled, 1955 beobachtet, die im August diesen Jahres für DKK 34.000,00 (€ 4.560,94) versteigert wurde.
