Auction result well in line with expectations
In September 2004 Christies in Amsterdam held the auction Pictures, Watercolours and Drawings, which included the work Figures Along A Riverside In Winter by Paul Emmanuel Péraire. It changed hands for a price of EUR 1,434.00 achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of EUR 1,000.00 – 1,500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Paul Emmanuel Péraire achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work L'Etang A Mortefontaine in December 2007 with an auction result of EUR 14,870.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im September 2004 führte Christies in Amsterdam die Auktion Pictures, Watercolours and Drawings durch, in der auch die Arbeit Figures Along A Riverside In Winter von Paul Emmanuel Péraire zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von EUR 1.434,00 den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 1.000,00 – 1.500,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Paul Emmanuel Péraire erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit L'Etang A Mortefontaine im Dezember 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 14.870,00.
