Auction result fails to reach estimate
This work of art by Paul Emmanuel Péraire could be acquired at Bruun Rasmussen in August this year for an unexpectedly low price. In the Paintings, furniture and varia auction, the work Coastal scene from L'orient, France changed hands for DKK 1,200.00 (€ 160.97) - just shy of the DKK 3,000.00 estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Paul Emmanuel Péraire achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work L'Etang A Mortefontaine in December 2007 with an auction result of EUR 14,870.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt den Schätzpreis
Dieses Kunstwerk von Paul Emmanuel Péraire konnte im August diesen Jahres bei Bruun Rasmussen für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Paintings, furniture and varia wechselte die Arbeit Coastal scene from L'orient, France für DKK 1.200,00 (€ 160,97) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit den Schätzpreis von DKK 3.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Paul Emmanuel Péraire erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit L'Etang A Mortefontaine im Dezember 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 14.870,00.
