Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In June 2007 Artcurial in Paris held the auction Modern Art, which included the work Nature Morte A La Cafetiere by Paul Collomb. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 744.00 24% above the upper estimate. Admittedly, works by Paul Collomb have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work La Lecture, Circa 1960 in June 2007 with an auction result of EUR 3,470.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Juni 2007 führte Artcurial in Paris die Auktion Modern Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Nature Morte A La Cafetiere von Paul Collomb zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 744,00 und damit 24% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Paul Collomb auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit La Lecture, Circa 1960 im Juni 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 3.470,00.
