Auction result well in line with expectations
In June 2007 Artcurial in Paris held the auction Modern Art, which included the work Le Bouquet D'Anemones by Paul Collomb. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of EUR 400.00 – 600.00, the actual price achieved of EUR 434.00 could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Admittedly, works by Paul Collomb have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work La Lecture, Circa 1960 in June 2007 with an auction result of EUR 3,470.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Juni 2007 führte Artcurial in Paris die Auktion Modern Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Le Bouquet D'Anemones von Paul Collomb zur Versteigerung kam. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von EUR 400,00 – 600,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von EUR 434,00 konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Paul Collomb auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit La Lecture, Circa 1960 im Juni 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 3.470,00.
