Auction result misses estimated price range
In June 2015 a collector was able to acquire the work LA TENDRE ENNEMIE by Paul Colin for GBP 625.00 (€ 881.24). This price was achieved in the auction Posters at Christies in London and was even below the estimate range of GBP 1,000.00 – 1,500.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Paul Colin achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Le Tumulte Noir in November 2018 with an auction result of GBP 118,750.00 (€ 133,946.39).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Juni 2015 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit LA TENDRE ENNEMIE von Paul Colin für GBP 625,00 (€ 881,24) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Posters bei Christies in London erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 1.000,00 – 1.500,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Paul Colin erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Le Tumulte Noir im November 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 118.750,00 (€ 133.946,39).
