This artwork by Patrick Scott achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in London in May 2002. In the THE IRISH SALE auction, the work Marsh sold for GBP 3,055.00 (€ 4,784.17) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 1,500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Patrick Scott achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Goldpainting in September 2016 with an auction result of GBP 68,750.00 (€ 79,621.04).

Dieses Kunstwerk von Patrick Scott erzielte im Mai 2002 bei Christies in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion THE IRISH SALE wurde die Arbeit Marsh für GBP 3.055,00 (€ 4.784,17) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 1.500,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Patrick Scott erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Goldpainting im September 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 68.750,00 (€ 79.621,04).
