Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Marks Through Time, 2020 by Patrick Akpojotor was auctioned at Artcurial in Paris in June 2021. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 8,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 8,450.00. Admittedly, works by Patrick Akpojotor have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Everyday Hero I in March 2021 with an auction result of GBP 32,500.00 (€ 38,179.13).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Marks Through Time, 2020 von Patrick Akpojotor kam im Juni 2021 bei Artcurial in Paris zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 8.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 8.450,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Patrick Akpojotor auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Everyday Hero I im März 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 32.500,00 (€ 38.179,13).
