In December 2018 Sothebys in London held the auction Old Masters Day Sale, which included the work Massacre Of The Innocents by Pasquale de Rossi. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 13,750.00 (€ 15,318.72), 72% above the upper estimate. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Pasquale de Rossi; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot La Scuola Di Ricamo; Il Concerto sold at auction in May 2007 with the realized price of EUR 19,200.00.

Im Dezember 2018 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion Old Masters Day Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit Massacre Of The Innocents von Pasquale de Rossi zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 13.750,00 (€ 15.318,72) und damit 72% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Pasquale de Rossi; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit La Scuola Di Ricamo; Il Concerto im Mai 2007 mit dem Hammerpreis von EUR 19.200,00.
