Auction result well in line with expectations
In November 2005 Christies in London held the auction British and Continental Pictures, which included the work Sancta Genovefa by Pascal Adolphe Jean Dagnan-Bouveret. The price achieved of GBP 1,560.00 (€ 2,291.84) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 1,200.00 – 1,800.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Pascal Adolphe Jean Dagnan-Bouveret achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work French The Duet in February 2019 with an auction result of USD 350,000.00 (€ 307,584.15).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im November 2005 führte Christies in London die Auktion British and Continental Pictures durch, in der auch die Arbeit Sancta Genovefa von Pascal Adolphe Jean Dagnan-Bouveret zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 1.560,00 (€ 2.291,84) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 1.200,00 – 1.800,00 angegeben worden.
