In November 2005 Christies in Hong Kong held the auction ASIAN CONTEMPORARY ART, which included the work Warrior by Park Min-Joon. The »bidding war« ended at HKD 108,000.00 (€ 11,816.79), 74% above the upper estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Park Min-Joon - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Volare, which sold at auction in May 2007 for HKD 420,000.00 (€ 39,992.57).

Im November 2005 führte Christies in Hong Kong die Auktion ASIAN CONTEMPORARY ART durch, in der auch die Arbeit Warrior von Park Min-Joon zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von HKD 108.000,00 (€ 11.816,79) und damit 74% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Für andere Arbeiten von Park Min-Joon mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Volare beobachtet, die im Mai 2007 für HKD 420.000,00 (€ 39.992,57) versteigert wurde.
