Auction result misses estimated price range
In November 2020 a collector was able to acquire the work Via Sant'Andrea by Paolo Sala for EUR 3.80. This price was achieved in the auction Dipinti e Sculture del XIX e XX Secolo at Il Ponte and was even below the estimate range of EUR 400.00 – 500.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Paolo Sala achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The Anichkov Bridge On Nevsky Prospekt At Dusk in June 2011 with an auction result of GBP 145,250.00 (€ 160,692.13).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im November 2020 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Via Sant'Andrea von Paolo Sala für EUR 3,80 erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Dipinti e Sculture del XIX e XX Secolo bei Il Ponte erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 400,00 – 500,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Paolo Sala erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit The Anichkov Bridge On Nevsky Prospekt At Dusk im Juni 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 145.250,00 (€ 160.692,13).
