Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In November 2019 Il Ponte held the auction Dipinti e Sculture Del XIX e XX Secolo, which included the work Venezia by Paolo Sala. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 300.00 20% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Paolo Sala achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The Anichkov Bridge On Nevsky Prospekt At Dusk in June 2011 with an auction result of GBP 145,250.00 (€ 160,692.13).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im November 2019 führte Il Ponte die Auktion Dipinti e Sculture Del XIX e XX Secolo durch, in der auch die Arbeit Venezia von Paolo Sala zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 300,00 und damit 20% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Paolo Sala erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit The Anichkov Bridge On Nevsky Prospekt At Dusk im Juni 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 145.250,00 (€ 160.692,13).
