Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Magnetisch Veld "A" (Magnetic Field "A") by Panamarenko was sold in the Post-War & Contemporary Art: Amsterdam auction at Christies in Amsterdam in November 2020. The price achieved of EUR 10,625.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 8,000.00 – 12,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Panamarenko achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Prova-Car in June 2005 with an auction result of GBP 232,000.00 (€ 343,838.65).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Magnetisch Veld "A" (Magnetic Field "A") von Panamarenko wurde im November 2020 in der Auktion Post-War & Contemporary Art: Amsterdam bei Christies in Amsterdam versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 10.625,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 8.000,00 – 12.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Panamarenko erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Prova-Car im Juni 2005 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 232.000,00 (€ 343.838,65).
